The 5 Spot Guide
The workout plan follows three 5-week segments with a 5-day training, 2-day rest schedule. The workouts are based on usage of standard gym equipment, however alternative exercises are provided.
At a minimum, the following equipment is required:
- 3 sets of dumbbells: A light, a medium and a heavy set based on personal capabilities
- Resistance bands set that includes handles and door anchor
- Access to steps or riser
