Hi, I'm Kara!
I am so excited to have you on this 5 Spot journey with me! I've always been drawn to the number 5, which symbolizes transformation and growth. After tough years being my heaviest physically and lowest emotionally, I realized 2025 would be a pivotal year for me. The 5 Spot reflects my goal to find balance and healing in five key areas or Spots as I call them: 1) Strength, 2) Self-care, 3) Nutrition, 4) Growth, and 5) Love. I started my 15-week journey as documented in our 5 Spot Guide on January 5, 2025, with the intention of healing one Spot at a time, and I plan to continue this journey well beyond those 15 weeks. With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and more than a decade as a personal trainer, I bring a deep understanding of how to help individuals achieve their physical goals. I've competed in natural bodybuilding and have successfully coached clients for weight loss goals, bodybuilding competitions, powerlifting meets, and CrossFit performance. My approach is tailored, results-driven, and backed by years of hands-on experience. Alongside customized training programs, I also offer meal recommendations and supplement guidance to support each client's unique journey.
